Your appointed local ProMISe administrators will be guided by our trainers to prepare ProMISe for initial use. Under our supervision they will lay out the structure of your organization and the most obvious root-causes of operation interference. For a medium sized organization this means that in two till four sessions of half a day, ProMISe is prepared for initial use. If desirable, our technicians can integrate ProMISe with the machine controllers (PLC/SCADA) for automatic registration and OEE parameters. During all following phases ProMISe will be fine tuned to perfectly match your company.
These people are the eyes and ears of your organization. They are confronted with all the challenges of daily operation. Experienced staff are mostly well aware of the root-cause of disruptions and how to cope with them so that the impact of the disruption is minimal. During these training sessions we teach them how to make optimal use of ProMISe and how to quickly register the root causes and solutions to the encountered disruptions.
This group of employees enriches the registrations generated by the staff. They keep in close contact with the people in the workshop, give constructive feedback and initiate improvement actions to prevent recurrence. Meanwhile, they keep optimizing the configuration of ProMISe. In this way ProMISe adapts itself to the growing needs of the organization. We train this group how ProMISe facilitates all these tasks on a daily basis.
Top management facilitates operations with resources and funding so staff can operate under optimal conditions. ProMISe provides clear and simple OEE, pareto and trend analyses to support fact-based decision making. With our training we ensure that the working method and tooling are perfectly tuned and the managers know how to interpret the generated information.
Depending on the specifics of your organization we normally stand by your side at first operational use of ProMISe. Every day we will guide operators and operational management during their daily meetings. We advice and show how to use the ProMISe tools. In this way we ensure optimal adjustment of organization, tooling and working methods.
The organzation has had their first operational experience with ProMISe, guided daily by our trainers. We now slowly start to make the operations independent of our support. We start this process of letting go by skipping the daily meeting twice a week.
In this phase your organization is really on its way to independent continuous improvement. More often then not the operational management is running operations without our direct support.
Operations can now practically work independently. Just once a week we will visit the daily operation meeting and adjust a little wherever needed.
By this time continuous improvement has become a part of daily routine. Your organization will receive a certificate as a self sustainable improving organization by means of the ProMISe method. From here on you are able to use ProMISe as a tool for continuous improvement.
